K & K Manufacturing, Inc. was established in 1967 by Mr. LE Ketchum in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It is one of the oldest precision machine shops in the Tulsa area. Mr. Ketchum founded the business not to be the biggest, but to be the best, and to pass his knowledge on to future generations. As a family-owned and operated business, K & K practices an ethic of treating its customers as family. This is shown through the precise and personalized service provided to each and every customer.
To this day, a number of family members still contribute to the manufacturing excellence that is K & K Manufacturing. Mr. Ketchum ran the day to day operations up until 2015, when he entrusted the business to his son, Mikel, and daughter, Sandra. Even at the age of 87, LE still comes to the shop to help out.
After the death of his son, Mikel, in 2018, LE turned the company over to his daughter, Sandra. Her daughters, Heather and Holly, have stepped in to learn the process of the day to day business operations. Joshua, Heather's husband, has been with the company since 2003 and is in charge of programming, machining, and inspection. Holly's husband, James, has been with K & K since 2016 and helps with programming, machining and inspection. He is also our in-house welder, working under MIL-STD-2219 superceded by AWS-DC17.1 and AWS-D1.2. Grandsons, Coleman and Caden, are also beginning to learn the business from the ground up.

Throughout our history, we have produced parts for portable seismograph equipment, auto equipment, oil field equipment, flight simulators, and satellites. We have also machined parts for the military, including parts for M-1 Abrams Tanks and the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.
